Dear Team Parent,
Please be sure to have your team on the field lined up and ready to go 10 minutes before your assigned time. We have made every effort to schedule you as close to your game time as possible. We have over 70 teams with games all over the county that must meet at the Polo Grounds for pictures. (NOTE; if you do not have a scheduled picture time above, that means you do not yet have your game time scheduled and will be contacted as soon as scheduled). |
All pictures will be taken at the Polo Grounds Regional Park, 2255 Huntington Drive, follow the signs past Aptos Junior High. (If it is pouring rain, there will be signs directing you to go to Aptos Junior High instead). |
On picture day please check in with the field managers (Ave Cope or helpers -carrying clipboards) to let us know that you have arrived. Once you have assembled your team, please have them; tuck in their shirts, cover the shin guards with their socks, and lined up shortest to tallest. Stress to parents to be on time (minimum of 10 minutes before your scheduled time). Pictures may have to be taken without a full team present. |
Each player will receive: (You already paid for this when registered with Aptos Soccer)
- 1 - 5x7 Team Photo
- 1 - 3 ½ x 5 Individual photo
- 1 - 3" Photo Button
- 1 - Memory Mate Folder

All teams receive: two - 5x7 team photos
(for sponsors, coaches' use, etc.) |
Each player MUST be in line with a filled out picture envelope, whether or not they are ordering additional pictures. Extra photos, trading cards, etc. may be ordered, but MUST be done at the time your team photos are being taken. The extra ordered items must be paid for at the time of ordering. Pictures will be available for distribution at the end of October. Coaches will be asked to complete an evaluation form prior to picking up the pictures!!
Soccer T-shirts will be on sale during picture day at the field for $15.00. This benefits our Aptos Soccer League.
