FALL 2005 Soccer Season runs from early September until mid November. Players will be placed on recreational teams that do not keep league standings. Aptos places players on teams from U6 to U16. Under 6 players must be 4 by July 31st or entering the first grade this fall. |

Returning players should have already received their application in the mail. |
The following items for are needed for registration: |
- Completed registration form (press firmly ) Remember to sign both the medical and legal areas of the form.
- 1"x 1" photo for all players (for ID card).
- Check or money order payable to Aptos Soccer Club.
- Mail completed registration form before April 15, 2005 to the above address

**Late Registration, Refunds and Non-refundable fees** |
Registration, postmarked after May 15th will be accepted only with a late registration charge of $25. Any registrations after June 1st will be accepted on a space available basis.
Refunds: Request for refunds must be made in writing. Refund requests prior to August 31st are half the amount paid. No refunds will be granted after August 31st.
All who register by June 1 will be placed on a team unless there are insufficient coaches and/or registrants to form a team in their age/gender division.
