The Sparrow is designed for simple manufacturing with modest capital and human resource requirements. Once the basic manufacturing environment is setup, production is easily scaleable to meet demand from 2,500 to 50,000 units per year. We are interested in setting up manufacturing partnerships with prospects in other countries to provide Sparrows for local markets. In many cases, government subsidies, grants and/or low interest financing options may be available.

On June 28th, 2002 Corbin Motors Daytona Beach (CMDB) finalized the purchase of 14.2 acres of freeway frontage property along the busy I-95 corridor in Daytona Beach, Florida. Annually 20,600,000 vehicles travel this stretch of interstate giving prime exposure to the landmark development CMBD is building. Local architect Ken McGee along with general contractors Coleman and Goodemote will be at the helm of the project. STARNET of Orlando, Florida is engineering and will construct the space frame design portion of the facility.

This completes phase one of the project as preparations for phase II, development and construction , are under way. We anticipate breaking ground at the end of year 2002 with an occupation date within 10 to 12 months after construction begins.
