| Roadsters: Driven to Perfection

The composite body manufacturer has completed the molds for the Roadster body parts. They are working with the chassis manufacturer to refine the fitment of the body parts to the production chassis.
The new heavy duty dampers are being installed in the engineering Roadsters. We will be testing these Roadsters with both the heavy duty damper and the transmission with the 3.88 ring and pinion.
B13's motor is being prepped with the new heavy duty damper. The dash is being installed. The door is assembled and installed.
B14 is ready to have the body fitted on. The transmission and wiring are being installed.
B15 is online and in the early stages of assembly.

| Ruff Ryders Records Company purchased a Roadster and it is on its way to Atlanta, Georgia
headed for the 2003 NBA Allstar Game
weekend which begins Friday, Feb. 7. The game is broadcasted on Sunday, Feb 9 on TNT. Check local

Sparrow 2003 and AC Controller and Motor Update |
The purchase order for the first 100 AC motors and controllers has been placed. The first shipment of 20 controllers and motor are scheduled to ship six weeks from the order date. We are organizing the parts needed to build the remaining 73 Sparrow 2003s. We will build the Sparrows while the motors, controllers and chargers are being built. Then once we receive the motors, controllers and chargers the Sparrows will be ready for the installation of these components. |

Smart Battery Charger
There will be special pricing for the new smart battery charger with the trade-in of your old charger. If you are able to drop off and pick up your Sparrow at the factory then we will install the new charger with no labor charge. If you are unable to bring your Sparrow to the factory then you can have an electrician or someone with an electrical background install it. If you would like to be put on the list to receive a new smart battery charger when they become available please email us your Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Sparrow color, vin number and current mileage. There are seventy-three Sparrow 2003s to be built. These Sparrows will be equipped with the new AC motor and controller and the smart
battery charger with the pulse charging system. Forty-four of the sparrows are owned by dealers and customers. Twenty-nine Sparrows are
available for reservation. Reservation numbers will begin with number 246.
